FAQ for My Photography Services

Turnaround Time Q: How long does it take to receive the full set of photos?

A: My standard turnaround time is 7-10 days for most events, with the exception of multi-day events. I invest time in editing and applying basic retouching to ensure high-quality results for my clients. This editing process can be as time-consuming as, or even longer than, the actual photo shoot hours. For example, for a 5-hour photo shoot, the editing and basic retouching process could take approximately 5-8 hours. I appreciate your patience!

Q: I need some photos urgently for social media. Can you accommodate that?

A: Certainly! I can provide 20-30 selected photos on the following day at no extra cost. Please make sure to inform me of your urgent need and specify the deadline when you contact me.

Q: I require the full set of edited and retouched photos by the next morning. Is that possible?

A: The feasibility of this depends on the duration of the photo shoot. For a 12-hour photo shoot, it may not be possible, but for shorter timeframes, it can be arranged with a rush fee.

Q: Can I receive the complete set of edited photos within 3 days?

A: Yes, I offer a 3-day turnaround option for an additional rush fee.

Q: Can you transfer photos on-site during an event?

A: Absolutely! I can bring a card reader to transfer small, unedited JPG files to your computer on-site. The time required for this transfer will be included in the hourly rate for the photo shoot.

Q: Can you perform photo editing or file transfer on-site using a laptop?

A: Yes, I can provide on-site editing and file transfer services with an additional fee. Please contact me for more details.

Payment Methods Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, Zelle, Venmo and cash from regular-rate clients.
